Warranty

At Deneschuk Homes, our warranty is second to none. We are members of the New Home Warranty Program of Saskatchewan and Manitoba. This provides you, the home owner, with a national body that backs you up on any warranty issues. In North Dakota, Deneschuk Homes is governed by the industrialized Building Commission.This is a third party inspection process that ensures our product meets your standards and codes. At the same time, Deneschuk Homes backs you with its own service department.

Deneschuk Homes will provide you with an initial delivery service and then 1 year later we will come into your home and provide you with a complete walk through and address any concerns that you may have with your new home.
